I've called this colour toffee as that is the name of the alpaca that grew this beautiful fibre (photo below) as well as what the colour reminds me of.
This sample has been washed and combed. The colour of this fleece ranges from a deep rich toffee colour to a light cream. The deeper colours are from nearer the body, the ends of the fibre are bleached by exposure to the sun.
